Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to product availability from our suppliers.

Shipping Times & Delivery

Shipping times depend on the destination and product. Estimated delivery:

        Domestic (within India): 7–15 business days

        International: 10–25 business days

Some products may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Express/Expedited Shipping: Where available, options and rates will appear during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email/whatsapp message with tracking information and a link to monitor your package.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or areas where our courier partners have no service.

Damages, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact Shopzeal customer support at dushyanth.ventures@gmail.com within 3 days. We will investigate and resolve your issue promptly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply as per the recipient country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
